About Casus

In 2018 I coined a phrase in my Twitter bio that has more or less «stuck»:

Futurist, with reservations.

I love technology and am an optimist about tools and process than can help humanity grow. I’m also cautious and believe that we need to be careful about our technological tool-making to ensure they truly help humans flourish for future generations.

The idea of Colonel Panic came about because I love exploring the edges of technology, design, tools, and how they intersect with the Internet. Every day is loaded with possibility—an opportunity to learn something new about ourselves and each other.

Here’s to a bold step into the unknown.
